近日，上海铭远双语高中邀请了资深IB教育专家洪丕森为我校教师进行了专题培训。基于我校老师们在IB教学中出现的常见问题，洪老师为大家一一进行了解答。

　　Our school invited senior IB education expert Hong Yusen to give special training to our school teachers lately.Based on the common problems that teachers in our school have appeared in IB teaching, Mr. Hong answered them one by one.

　　洪老师提出，要根据IB的评估标准特点对学生进行教学引导。学生CAS活动的管理要注重学生的反思，并强调证据，利用学生活动激发学生参与的动力。IB教学具有紧扣当代事物和以国际视野看待问题的特点，要在教学中要融入TOK的内容，提升学生的批判性思维和创造性思维。教师要在不断的教学实践中去提升自己，实现自我价值。会议还就教材的使用、HL与SL的特点、教学内容等问题进行了探讨。

　　Mr. Hong proposed that students should beguided according to the characteristics of IB's evaluation criteria. The management of student CAS activities should focus on students' reflections,emphasizing evidence, and using student activities to motivate students to participate.IB teaching has the characteristics of closely following contemporary things and looking at problems from an international perspective. It is necessary to integrate TOK content in teaching to enhance students' critical thinking and creative thinking. Teachers should enhance themselves and achieve self-worth in the constant teaching practice. The meeting also discussed the use of textbooks, the characteristics of HL and SL, and the content of teaching.
