北外国际教育学院被剑桥大学国际考试委员会(CIE)批准设立成为它的教师发展认证中心(CIE PDQ Centre)，这意味着我们被授权开展剑桥国际课程教师培训，并颁发“教与学”这一剑桥国际证书。

　　北外国际教育学院学术发展部和它的教师培训与评价中心、以及北外国际课程中心教学团队参与了项目的申报，这是一项战略性投入，因为在北外与CIE签订了合作伙伴协议后，我们已经在北外、北外附属苏州湾外国语学校和北外附属宁波外国语学校设立了三个剑桥国际课程中心，为了给这些中心和即将建立的中心提供强大的教师支持保障，我们需要这样的学术背书。

　　更值得一提的是，整体的申请过程完全由我们国际教育学院新生的一代核心教师主导完成，展现了他们的锐气和智慧，这些从海外归来、又富有教学和教师培训经验的一代新锐，为北外国际注入了活力和无限想象的未来!

　　在我还是他们这个年龄的时候，还在黑板粉笔的课堂上傻呵呵地教书呢，什么英国，什么剑桥，什么教师培训，什么国际证书，一点儿念头都不曾有过!我相信，他们培养出来的老师和这些老师培养出来的学生，将注定超越!
